Which health calculator should I use first?

Is BMI an accurate measure of health?
BMI is a useful screening tool but it does not distinguish muscle from fat. Athletes and very muscular people can score "overweight" while being healthy. Pair BMI with waist measurement and body-fat percentage for a fuller picture.
What is the difference between BMR and TDEE?
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is the calories your body burns at complete rest. TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is BMR plus the calories burned through daily activity and exercise β it is the number you base calorie targets on.
How many calories should I eat to lose weight?
A safe deficit is about 300β500 calories below your TDEE, which loses roughly 0.5β1 lb (0.25β0.5 kg) per week. Use the calorie calculator to set your maintenance number, then subtract your deficit.
